WOGA

Our signature activity which combines walking and yoga in motion. Walking vigorously about the resort, the class will stop at particular points in the canyon to engage in nature inspired yoga postures. 

STRUCTURAL LENGHTENING

Learn a dynamic form of stretch that lengthens the body's fascia or connective tissue, improving posture and alignment, decreasing pain and increasing range of motion while lengthening the body's core. 

SUNRISE STRETCH

Begin your morning with a light stretch that awakens the body and prepares you for the day. 

VINYASA YOGA

A mixed level flow yoga that synchronizes breath and movement that will refresh your spirit and unlock energy throughout the entire body. 

FULL SPECTRUM YOGA

Explore various yoga postures, flows, meditation and breathing techniques. Open to all fitness levels. Workshop-style instruction. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Gentle yoga utilizing props and postures aimed at deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your mind, body and spirit. 

PILATES

A mind-body repertoire of low-stress mat exercises that focus on the core abdominal muscles, the 'powerhouse,' which form the support structure for the spine and pelvis. 

SUNRISE QI GONG

Start your day with this rejuvenating Chinese exercise, concentrating on focused and graceful movements for balance and fitness. 

ALL AGES YOGA

A fun version of gentle energy yoga with tapping, streching and movement, this activity takes place outdoors and is great for families.
